Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellation Policy for Superway Services

1. Free Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking 6 hours before the scheduled service time, it will be a free cancellation. If you have made an advance payment, the amount will be added to your wallet balance in your Superway Services account.

2. Late Cancellation Charges:

  • If you cancel your booking 2 hours before the scheduled service time, 50% of the payment will be charged. If you have made an advance payment, the remaining 50% will be added to your wallet balance in your Superway Services account.

  • If you cancel your booking within the last hour or on the spot, the full booking amount will be charged.

3. No-Show Policy: If our service professionals arrive at the location and are unable to perform the service due to the client's absence or inability to provide access, a no-show fee equivalent to the full service charge may be applied.

4. Rescheduling Policy: If you wish to reschedule your booking, please provide a minimum of 6 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 6 hours' notice may be subject to the similar policies as canellation policy.

5. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations made in compliance with the above notice requirements will be processed using the original mode of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

6. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking due to an emergency, please contact our support team at support@superwayservices.com as soon as possible. We will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.
